SO wonderful to work with. We called from out of state to help us send some love and condolences to a family member there in Cottage Grove and they immediately answered all our questions, put our minds at ease and helped us get just what we needed. Michelle there was very knowledgable and very kind and helpful. We chose this florist because the website was the best at detailing all the arrangements that they sell. Thank you!!!

I love this little shop. I don't get to get flowers very often; but every Veterans Day I send my son a huge bouquet of flowers for his two tours in Iraq as a medic. Two dozen yellow roses, two white and one red (to honor a very sad loss of a loved one). It's beautiful and spectacular. She is a wonderful florist.

Carmen met with me in person to brainstorm ideas. She was flexible and made changes to the plan based on new inspiration photos. She came through! Everything was as expected and was BEAUTIFUL!

I've ordered flowers from them twice and have been impressed both times. The first order was for my wife's birthday; got the "Fairest of All" basket, it was beautifully organized and she absolutely loved it. More recently, I ordered a dozen roses with babies breath for our wedding anniversary and it's an amazingly beautiful bouquet in a lovely glass vase. The delivery driver, Mike, went above and beyond the call of duty for this order; he provided outstanding customer service and just based on how he handled the delivery and his concern for the well-being of my wife's flowers, I'll never order flowers from anywhere else. A+ experience, I highly recommend them.

I order flowers for my mother multiple times a year and they are always perfect and delivered exactly when I asked. The few times that the flowers I ordered weren't available, I got a call and we came up with a new plan that was just as good as the original. Thank you!

Susie at Cottage Grove Florist was truly amazing to work with. From the start, she was incredibly helpful and patient while answering all of our questions, and she made the entire process feel easy and stress free. We were working with a short time frame and a tight budget, and Susie was so accommodating, flexible, and creative in helping us find options that still looked beautiful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. I can’t recommend Susie and Cottage Grove Florist enough. We will absolutely be coming back!
